Excellent butler service, Mangdp our butler was excellent Restaurant was amazing, Dian was especially very good taking care of us with at most diligence Food choices were very good Krishna the buggy man was very nice Spa massage by agung, ayu and Julie complementary was good

We spent a night at this gorgeous hotel which was exceptional in every way . it is nestled in the mountains with the most panoramic views of hills and the river below . This was our 8 th hotel stay in Bali as we are doing a road trip around the whole island . The bedroom was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated . The breakfast was excellent and the staff amongst the friendliest we’ve met who were attentive to our every need . There are stairs down to rooms however hotel provide a buggy service which we did use . Due to location just on outskirts of Ubud the hotel also provide a shuttle service into town . i highly recommend this hotel and their staff and sound definitely stay again

Staff were attentive to the needs. They even take time to address you by your name during breakfast. Service rendered was also fast and prompt.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were all beautiful. Our family villa was fantastic with a beautiful view. Best miegoreng noodles EVER!!!!

Every things were perfect. I love the place. Its like you live in the middle of jungle. The stuff is like your family not like a worker. They always ready to help you at any time.

The service by every staff especially Ngurah the front desk manager, Krisna the assistant manager and the 18 yo staff that serve my villa furing my whole stay. Like it that they provide free laundry service everyday.

Staffs were super wonderful! Made us feel welcomed at all times. Really helpful and friendly. View was spectacular! Clean n well maintained. No mosquitoes at all inside the villa throughout our stay.
